I am a certified postpartum doula, childbirth helper(birth doula to be) , Malay traditional body therapist using traditional herbal oil and tummy bindings for postnatal women. Also a mother of three kids.
I am a core member of mothers group called JOSANJUKU in Ichikawa, Chiba.

What is a Doula?
